The location was ok. Great view of the ocean but a little off the beaten path. We had to time our walks on the beach to the tide as the water came right up to the rocks unless the tide was out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know.The unit not very clean (hair on the floor) and quite dated. the lights in the entryway were very dim and not safe. The washing machine and dryer were not in the unit but in the hall. Not a big deal but also not very convenient.No shelves in the fridge.The place was ok but we just did not feel welcome. Would have been nice to have a bundle or two of firewood to start us off, instead we had to drive to several different places to find wood. Host was also not very responsive. Well stocked overall. We had a wonderful stay. Wouldn’t highly recommend to all. It exceeded our expectations. Immaculate, beautiful, well appointed, and stocked. The only 4 star was because when I contacted the manager when Unit A was in our our beach area she directed me to address the issue with them or move to their space. I believe she should have contacted them. Chairs not marked. However signage clear in our unit. Manager pleasant and I resolved issue. ##### Daniel G. We loved the views and the sounds of the ocean. Hanging around the fire pit playing trivia was a lot of fun. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets. There is no access to the beach which I didn’t realize until we got there. There is a sea wall and at high tide the beach below disappears. The house is clean and equipped.
