"Our family of 8 had an amazing time at the Sea Turtle! There wasn’t anything that Kathy did not think of to accommodate guests and ensure that our stay was comfortable and convenient . From the stocked kitchen of pots and pans, children’s utensils, coffee, seasonings , to being able to relax on the deck, or having games and toys for both children and adults, and to having extra pillows or sheets if necessary . There was more than enough space inside and outside of the house especially with essentially 2 living room areas and plenty of yard space. Not once did we feel crowded. The sea turtle was conveniently located to the beach and other fun things to do (such as The Millville Boardwalk) and easily accessible to a grocery store when we realized we needed extra items. This property was great and our family will definitely be returning again whenever we plan to stay at Bethany beach! Thank you Kathy!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Pam’s condo. It was the perfect accommodation for our holiday weekend. Everything was seamless and easy. The community is beautiful with great amenities. They thought of everything, we never had a question for how to settle in as if we were in our own home. Would absolutely come back!"

"We have stayed at this condo association before and really loved it - I was apprehensive about booking this particular unit due to some mixed reviews regarding cleanliness but I would say that overall the place was clean, they give you plenty of soap/ shampoo- they have soap/ shampoo and conditioner on the walls on easy of the showers and then they also supplied little ones as well, they give you a kit with a sponge and dishwasher tabs and dish soap, which was thoughtful - they didn’t supply any other trash bags or paper towels except for one but it wasn’t a big deal we had extras- just letting the next tenant know- the condo definitely has wear and tear being pet friendly but I thought overall it was clean-the fireplace didn’t work but we didn’t care, the only thing I’d say is that the bed in the first room has to get switched out - it’s small so it’s really only appropriate for one person or children however it’s so incredibly uncomfortable- the frame has to be broken - it was awful- I think the bed makes the entire stay and if you don’t have a comfortable place to sleep it can really put a damper on the whole vacation - please look at investing in another bed and bed frame for the first room. It’s the only reason we wouldn’t book again because we love the condo area and the amenities "

"My family absolutely loved our stay at Sunny Cove! The house is clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are all very spacious, 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms attached is perfect for 2 families staying together. The kitchen has everything you need for the week, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, even storage containers! The microwave, refrigerator, and oven work wonderfully and are very clean. There is a little beverage fridge next to the bar which was a plus! The dining table has plenty of seating as well. My morning coffee was very enjoyable on the patio looking at the bay. The patio furniture and cushions are all well kept. The laundry room is perfectly located on the first floor so your pool or beach towels can go directly into them after a long day by the water. The house is located in a perfect place and the community is very quiet and safe. They have a fishing dock and mini little beach to sit and enjoy. We spend many hours there while one kid fished and the other just wanted to play in the sand. If you are a kayak or canoe family this is a perfect spot for you as they have entey ways straight off the boating docks for you to use. Ocean beaches were a 10 to 20 minute drive depending on where you wanted to go for the day with Bethany Beach being the closest. The Towers beach was our family favorite! There is a grocery store about 2 miles away and a yummy restaurant with ice cream just 1 mile up the road that we enjoyed riding our bikes to. "

"we had an awesome experience at this location, it was equipped with everything too beach chair, lots of pots to use, plenty of plates, even seasoning for the food. we loved the decoration of the house. we had do much fun at this place, Thank you so much for providing a nice experience for us!"
