Well Behaved Pets Welcome! EV Charger in garage. 4 bedroom (2 master bedrooms - perfect for multiple families), 3 1/2 bath, former model home in one of the most desirable communities in the Bethany Beach area - Bayside at Bethany Lakes. Home was professionally decorated by the top interior design company in the area, Bethany Resort Furnishings and was recently updated with new sofa and love seat, new patio furniture and all new state-of-the art electronics. Home has 5 Plasma/LCD TV's, BlueRay Player, 2 DVD Players, Keurig coffee maker, high-speed WIFI (upgraded to the fastest speed available for "work and school from home" families" 125 GB download speeds!). Beach Chairs, Bikes, beach toys and baby Pack'n Play included. Home is just a short walk to the beautiful clubhouse that has indoor pool, game room and huge outdoor pool overlooking bay, tennis courts and playground. Game room is great for playing pool, Foosball, table tennis or arcade games. Even if there is a rainy day, the kids will be completely entertained! Home is pet friendly for well behaved dogs. Sleeping configuration Master BR 1 - king Master BR 2 - king Bedroom 3 - queen Bedroom 4 - trundle (2 twins) Queen sleeper sofa 2026 Season Updates Entire home was painted. Couches, chairs in family room were steam cleaned. New carpet on entire first floor. Purchased all new sheets and towels (5 star hotel quality). All duct work inspected and vacuumed using a powerful HEPA-filtered vacuum and a compressed air system which flushed all traces of dirt and dust out of the ductwork and into a specialized vacuum system. James Farm Ecological Preserve is a very, very short 1.4 mile walk/drive and right down the street from our home. It has a free, public beach that is pet friendly 365 days/year! Since it is on the bayside, it is very calm and the water is very shallow. Perfect for little ones. Whites Creek is an absolute fantastic river and just out our "back-door". Kayak launch is only a short walk from our home. Kayaks are available from outside 3rd party and rates range from $125/week to $175\. Please let me know if you are interested. The community has a fantastic clubhouse with both indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub and sauna. The outdoor pool is usually open between Memorial day and Labor day but may be closed a week or so earlier/later. Although it is very, very rare, on occasion either of the pools may have to be closed for repairs and there is no guarantee they will be open during your stay. There is also a game room with a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, arcade game, etc…. There is also a tv room and a large kitchen. The clubhouse requires that all guests pay a fee to use the facilities. The fees are listed below: Clubhouse & Pool Access Fee Access to the community clubhouse and pool is available for an additional $200 flat fee per stay, as required by the community association. This fee applies per rental, regardless of the number of guests or length of stay, and is set by the association (not the homeowner). Please note that you must go to the clubhouse and meet with clubhouse staff and make arrangements during normal business hours. Clubhouse closes at 5:00 but I recommend getting there earlier. There is a $50 fee if the key fob is not returned. Private Garage Parking for 2 Cars and Multiple Spots for additional cars if needed. EV Charger just installed inside garage. My goal is for our guests to fall in love with our home and come back year-after-year. We take guest satisfaction very seriously and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Every year I survey all of my past guests for feedback on what we could have done to make the home better and implement those suggestions. If you bring a dog they have a small community to walk them in and the pool overlooks the water from the bay which is stunning on a beautiful day. Bethany beach is my favorite for families it’s small and beautiful easy parking and walk to the beach. The owner of the property was very sweet and was very responsive, I recommend anyone staying here. ##### Cabrina S. I don't like checking into a place and immediately noticing how it hasn't actually been cleaned (despite a cleaning fee being charged). The carpet just outside the kitchen had what looked like cat litter (didn't smell like it). The tablecloth (glued to the table for some reason??) had sticky drops/residue all over. Luckily there were Lysol wipes under the sink so I did a thorough wiping down of counters and table. The first dish I grabbed out of the cabinet had food dried onto it so I ended up pulling out what I figured we would use for dishes and running a load in the dishwasher. We found upon arrival (late evening) that not a single roll of toilet paper was in the condo. I messaged the host to ask if there was a secret stash somewhere. Got a response right away that the cleaner should have stocked it. Ended up running to the grocery store nearby to get some. We were so excited to be able to use the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, when we filled it up and turned it on it spit out chunks of mold from the jets. Pretty gross. We let it run for a bit, drain, and tried again... same thing. We tried again the last night but due to a community-wide water issue from the storm that came through we couldn't fill the tub with "clean" water. Place was "fine"... I'd suggesting finding a new cleaning company. Also, have someone come in and do some general maintenance/TLC/repairs. (drywall repair, shower heads, etc.) Vrbo limits my review to 1500 characters so I can't say more... ##### Brian D. If you’re traveling with people with mobility difficulties, there are a lot of stairs (to get in, upstairs, living room to kitchen) and the televisions were wonky.
