"Chalet #9 is a humble home with a direct path to beach (7 minute walk) and just a few blocks away from Sharky’s. The kitchen is small and there is no dishwasher, I share that in case you have a big intention to cook a lot, be prepared to hand wash (no problem for us). This is more built for 2 people, anymore would feel overwhelming. 1 parking spot right outside the door. The text updates were great with door codes for check in as well as the check out process. Emails as well. It worked perfect...

"We enjoyed our weekend and first trip to Ocean Shores. On the map it looks like this is an oceanfront property but it is not and that was disappointing. A couple of extra space heaters will also help in the winter months"

"Cabin was as listed, pleasantly surprised at the dishes & cookware in kitchen! Everything spotless, working, quiet; we had a very relaxing stay. Path about 1/4 mile to the dunes & beach, vehicle beach access nearby at multiple places off main road. Bargainprice so we'll be back for sure! "

"This was perfect for our weekend trip to Ocean Shores for my family and our dog! While you can't see the ocean from the unit, it is on the ocean side of the street and a very short walk to the beach. It was cozy, comfortable, and clean and our host was fantastic. There was even a basket with dog toys and a dog bowl! Would absolutely stay here again."

Took a few hours one day and drove North passed Moclips to the end and back. Another day we drove around to Westport and then another day trip to Long Beach/ Cape Disappointment, then to Astoria for dinner and back. About a 2 hour drive each way. "Beach not private, not within steps from cabin. Amenities says fireplace but it is not operable, ever! The price too high for inconvenience. Communication was very good from host! "

"I happened to book this hotel by chance. Our schedule was delayed and they were able to accommodate a change with no problem. The property was quiet, the room huge and comfy, the grounds beautiful. We walked down to the beach daily, enjoyed the hot tub, and the location to other things around town. The only bummer was our fire place only worked on the first evening and not the rest of the days there. If not for that I’d give it 5 stars. "
