This building is ideally located with a variety of restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance, and it is also on a bus route for easy travel to all your favorite Ocean City destinations. Tax-free shopping is available just a short drive north in Delaware, the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park are five miles down the coast, and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins on 27th Street for family entertainment.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Carousel

When you first walk in appears clean. Upon walking on floors your feet turn black, my son woke up with a bed bug crawling on him in the room with twin beds so he moved to couch and qould not sleep in the bed again. Dont blame him at all. I was sitting on master toilet to pee and the door to the washer room fell on my toe. Black and blue toenail will probably fall off. When my husband looked here u dont have a pin in the bottom of the door just hanging on there. We teied to make toast and toaster didnt work either. Just overall was not pleased for the money. Wouldnt recommend. The facilities was great.

Fun weekend getaway

The pros: We really enjoyed the ocean view and sitting out on the balcony. My kids enjoyed the resort amenities. The beach was nice and clean. It was very afordable and worth the money. They gave us a started pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and extra trash back sponge and little dish soap to start. It all lasted the weekend. The cons: the condo needs a deep cleaning. Furniture needs shampooed. I had to sleep next to a fake tree with dust fur growth all over it. Many of the dishes were dirty and needed rewashed before use. Refrigerator shelves are broken and have cracks but it works good. Walls are dirty/ scuffed up and need new paint.beds are uncomfortable with pressure points and could use replacing. The first night I was chilly and grabbed a spare blanket from the master bedroom closet that when opened looked like it had unwashed red blood all over it. I was horrified and tossed that back in the closet and quickly washed my hands. I saw another older review that complained about the lack of spoons which is still a problem. Only 1 teaspoon in the kitchen. The other spoons were the larger size that people don't eat with. We were washing and taking turns with our 1 spoon lol. I was almost tempted to go buy some for the condo. Such a dumb cheap item not to have.

Ocean City Vacation

I enjoyed Ocean City maryland. Condo that we stayed and needed an update. But the ocean and the Bayside views were great and the convenience of all the stores in the area.

End of summer stay

The place was grungy, chairs broken, missing hinges, broken patio items, generally outdated furniture and accommodations. A good paint job would have helped. We could not make any adjustments to the AC making us use multiple circular fans to stay somewhat comfortable. Lights were flickering off and on. We bought shower curtains/liners and bathroom rugs because the ones onsite were filthy. The worst experience we have had at OC and with any VRBO or Vacasa vacation. Totally disappointed! Will not becoming back and now I question these vacation websites as to their quality requirements.

Great views and location!

The views are worth it! You have ocean views and bay views! The complex was great and lots to do with kids. The furniture in the living room could use a deep cleaning, but other than that it was good. Dryer had some issues. We would totally stay here again!

balcony screen door laying on balcony ,unit not cleaned properly, microwave vent cover broken, couch and other chairs broken or dirty should have been cleaned ,air conditioning barely cooled if the outside temp would have been in the 90s would not have cooled had to use portable fans bath fan vents in master clogged with dust this unit needs a lot of maintenance 1608 carousel is not acceptable

Condo neglected

Years of no updated to the condo. Fire alarm while to us an alarm went did not work. We were on the 16th floor. Microwave panel off. Sheets missing and sheets that were provided not on the beds. Stained furniture and broken kitchen chair.

2 Stars for the view

This place was filthy! The furniture was old and stained, the carpet was stained and felt like it had years of dirt built in. There were exposed wires on the wall. The microwave was missing a piece. The pillows had yellow stains. There was an old q-tip under the dresser, the patio furniture was stained and had cigarette holes. This place was just gross. Vacasa sent a message when we arrived asking about cleanliness. I told them what we found and sent pictures. They said someone local would contact me. No one did. The view and the location were great but I would definitely not stay here again and will avoid Vacasa properties in the future.

Out of date condo with cleanliness issues. Great property though.

We booked this condo thinking it was in great shape but we were wrong. The condo is outdated and not at all well maintained. Twenty minutes prior to check in (after driving 5 hours) we get a call telling us we will have no linens for our stay due to a linen shortage. The beds are hard and my back hurt from just one night. We took pictures and went to the property company. We were promised a full refund but only received a partial refund. I honestly would not recommend this property until it has had the updates we as paying travelers deserve.

Great views. Cleanliness was terrible. Dust everywhere vents,ceilings, lamps, curtains. The lamp actually started smoking like it was about to catch on fire. Allergies were terrible inside this room. Very scarce on choices of cookware and utensils. Furniture dirty and stained. Beds hard as a rock.

Good location but little outdated property

Property requires renovation. All the things in the house are old and need to be updated. I had to go to property manager thrice during my stay as the keys stopped working or the doors getting jammed. The pros are the location, nice ocean view from the property, secluded beach and the play area inside the property.

Clean but needs updated

Other than needing updated, I liked the condo but I did not like the fact we were expected to supply light bulbs in case one blew out which one did on the last days and some of the lampshade no bulbs in and we did not supply. Those types of supplies should be on hand just like enough toilet paper and paper towels and silverware. Our condo was big enough for 8 to sleep but barely had enough silverware for the 4 of us and some of that was still dirty. I had to clean dishes also. There was no skillet to make eggs and the food turner was rusty. Luckily I am a very easy going person as is my husband, I have friends that would never had stayed 1 night unless it is perfect especially with the cost I paid and the description given to promote renting. I will continue to look to vrbo for beach rentals because I was extremely happy with my rental on Pawleys Island in July. I expected the same this time. Whoever owns this condo needs to invest in updating because the place is really nice and was clean.

Wonderful stay

Check-in was easy. Room was very nice, view was amazing from both balconies. Beach access was very convenient and the restaurant was great (big portions and good prices). Public areas were very clean. Condo was clean but could use a bit of TLC. Our tubs were both clogged but were fixed quickly. Twenty minute ride to the boardwalk and casino. Lots to do in the local area. Very pleased.

Trouble from the beginning

When we arrived we were given keys to another condo that was occupied. After 45 mins of getting it straight and obtaining the correct keys we finally make it to our condo only to find it absolutely disgusting. Human poop on the toilet seat...floors were flithy...trash under beds....hair on bed linens. I could continue this list of cleaning issues. We contacted the Mgr who did come to clean the bathroom and bring clean linens. But nothing else was cleaned. Once it was time to go to bed we had an outlet in the double bedroom blow out taking out the electric in that bedroom and the kitchen as well....sent a message the Mgr and heard back in the morning and a service man did come to repair it. The Mgr did say we would receive some sort of refund but nothing as of yet. The rest of the resort was fantastic. The location can't be beat.... Sadly though we won't rebook at this site....

Carpets and furniture were filthy! Couch and chairs were stained bad and stunk (covered then with clean sheets)!! Hire a plumber, main toilet doesn’t flush(previous complaint) and showers fill up with ankle deep water (also a previous complaint)....nasty!!! This place has great views and location but the condo itself is disgusting!! The owner needs to spend some money cleaning it and getting new stuff! Kitchen utensils were nasty. Needs paint job bad! Would never stay here again!!!! Stayed 8/16/20-8/22/20
