It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Jul 31, 2025 #### Great Rental Great Rental for the family. Convenient parking and the beach was amazing along with a lot of activities for the family. You can see the mold in the photos on the ceiling in the first picture for the rental. There were several spots that need attention especially by the vents. We appreciated that guest services offered to come out however it would not have been convenient as we had limited time for our vacation.
