There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. Sunlight and views of the ocean bounce throughout this condo, where you'll find a full kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the water, and a private balcony overlooking the beach that's accessible in both the living room and the primary bedroom. For your evening entertainment, you'll have free WiFi throughout the condo and four TVs - one smart TV and three with DirecTV service. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Full kitchen Three of the four TVs have DirecTV, the other one is a Smart TV The third bedroom is an enclosed den with a constructed wall and pocket doors for privacy Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 8. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I had to go ask for stuff that was supposed to be supplied. Outdated. Things that were supposed to be supplied weren’t there. Walls were dusty. Showers were moldy. Vents were gross. Blinds wouldn’t close right in a bedroom. Way overpriced for what we got compared to other surrounding condos. It could’ve been this specific one but we won’t be back. ##### Eileen T. The room could have been cleaner. Tons of smudges on mirrors and debris under chair cushions.
