Recently updated for 2021, this condo features two new queen beds, a new queen sleeper sofa, two remodeled bathrooms, and new windows, flooring, and bedroom carpeting. Inside, you'll find amenities that include two large TVs with cable, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. A stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs, a cooler, and other included extras make your stay all the more comfortable. This condo is also equipped with partial air-conditioning via wall units. In this part of North Ocean City, you'll be less than a mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse with lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events. The countless shops, restaurants, eateries, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment that line Coastal Highway begin only one block west as well. Things to Know Smoking is not permitted. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Might mentioned in listing, and I just missed reading on booking, I don't recall. Wasn't a big problem for our family but someone older, slower or disabled might struggle. It was very clean for our time there. We didn't feel like we need to pre-use clean, like some other places we have stayed in oc. Couple drains were a little slow to drain especially if had water fully on. But should be easy clean out for maintenance. Would definitely rent again if available, short walk to beach. In real quiet area at least time we were there, only loud noise we heard was from trash truck. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of street parking for our extra car. Condo was clean and provided beach chairs, umbrella, and outdoor shower for sand removal. Sep 27, 2024 #### 10-day vacation from September 2nd to 10th I hesitated before giving my comments because nothing is ever done with these comments. I hope that you will pass on my remarks to the owners. The condo is very well located, near the beach. The view of the ocean is partial, but that does not matter to us. The apartment is also very nice and very spacious for a one bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, and nothing was missing. When we arrived, the condo was clean on the surface, but the sides of the desks and coffee tables and mirrors were not clean, probably because of the end of the season. There were a lot of small ants. It would be important to advise the owner to change the patio door because the wheels are completely rusty, and it no longer opens or closes. This could help the owner save on electricity (AC) costs in off season, because we could not leave the door open without a screen. It would also be wise to change the Wi-Fi because it is too weak and it is only available in the living room, no network in the bedroom. We were unable to connect to our Netflix account on the TV. The room was very nice, but we had to change bed because one of the two mattress needs to be changed because it is too old and we end up in the middle of the bed. We still had a very nice 10-day vacation from September 2nd to 10th in this condo despite these small inconveniences. We are regulars in OC because I have been coming for 60 years. I wouldn’t book it for more than 2 adults and 2 youngsters that’s my opinion. There isn’t an elevator so if that’s an issue this place isn’t for you. The only complaint I have is there is absolutely no water pressure in the master bathroom sink. Other than that the place was awesome!!! Great view very quiet and like I said spotless. We could have handed them a sandwich! Had to keep curtains closed every day so they wouldn’t look in and the 8am to 6pm daily nail guns were relentless and so loud!! So glad we picked these dates (beautiful weather and no crowds) and this part of OC (north). The unit is on the third floor allowing for a spectacular view of the ocean. It is a third-floor walk-up, so that is something to consider if you have health or mobility issues. We didn't mind it as we could all carry something up. Being on the north end of Ocean City, it is less congested, but still close to stores, restaurants, and things to do. The grandchildren and our daughter joined us for the last summer days before autumn and were delighted with all the amenities the unit had to offer. Well appointed and very clean with plenty of space for the 5 us; beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. It didn't hurt that we had warm sunny weather for this long weekend visit. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity comes along to do so. ##### Brenda P. Third year in a row we've stayed here and first time through Vacasa. Check-in/out was super easy. Vacasa provided linens, some toiletries, dish soap and laundry pods which was a nice bonus.
