Adventure-seekers will rejoice at the convenience of being near Island Watersports, where they can rent boats, watercraft, kayaks, and paddle boards for endless fun on the water. An electric car charger in the garage makes getting around even more convenient, and there's an outdoor shower by the front door when you return from a day on the sand. The open-concept interior boasts a pristine chef's kitchen with a high-end range hood, stainless steel appliances, and fun gadgets like a coffee grinder, slow cooker, and rice cooker. Cooking oil and spices are there to start you off, so you'll just need to add groceries. Unwind in the living area watching something on the TV, complete with surround sound to enhance the experience. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. There were old hamburger patties left on the grill. We called Vacasa and the grill was cleaned the same day so thank you!The shower pressure was terrible. This was the case in every bathroom. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and you could hear the springs every time you rolled over during the night. The master bedroom bed needs to be replaced and the shower heads/shower pressure needs to be fixed. The rest of the stay was great.... The kitchen had just about everything we needed. The yard was great and once the grill was cleaned it worked great!The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.The House needs a good thorough cleaning as well. The outside is amazing with a fenced in yard, deck and fire pit. Large garage and plenty of parking. We had our daughter’s wedding over the weekend and stayed at the house with family and our dogs. Found many crumbs and dried food on the counters and trash can. Coffee machine hadn't been cleaned in or around- lots of coffee grounds under the machine. The duvet covers were covered in dog hair and needed to be laundered. Overall the cleanliness needed improvement but it wasn't something that ruined the trip. The home is huge and well appointed.
