Family Vacation

this was our first time stay and we loved it. There stairways are a little tight if you and someone else are walking in opposite directions. We brought our dogs, and they were great. Everything was just how I expected.

Rude. Canceled our reservation because they don’t want to follow the terms they agreed upon with Expedia. I selected pay at the hotel, attempted to bill me without my permission. Then canceled my reservation. More worried about shaking people down for money than their guest experience.

Our family was only in town for a quick trip. I didn’t expect to not have any towels or toilet paper. We also paid for an ocean view, however, the steps from above unit, went across our deck, pretty much blocking the entire view. Finally, there was no lighting on the patio, to enjoy dinner there. The unit was clean, however I don’t think we would stay again.

The location of this apartment is excellent. The upkeep of the units could be better. I feel like money should be spent to keep up. Our sliding door is on it's last leg. The air conditioning units are on the last leg, although they kept the rooms cool. We were told that no linens or toiletries are supplied until we were almost there for check in. This may want to be included in the description of the unit ahead of time.

First I got there and the condo that I had originally they told me party was too big and they had me purchase the kind of blow it with the other bedroom when I book a room two cars available for parking when I got there they told me I did not and I have to go with the third bedroom in order to get the second car would be an additional $30 for the room which was three nights which should’ve added up to $90. When I checked the receipts they charged me an additional $190. They yelled are our group within the first hour of being there. They wanted us to park really tight up against the wall. We had a hard time getting in and out. The condo was filthy, with dead bugs and broken window. Etc. when asked for a rewarded to go else where they refused and said they will not give it back. There is mold in the condo making it unsafe to stay there. We ended up just staying since they refused the refund and just tired to stay out as long as we could. I will never stay here again.

Nice location, bad service

The apartment had no towels, soap, or other items one would use. The bed had only the bottom sheet and a coverlet. We had to go out and buy towels and soap in order to shower. Was on third floor, no elevator, just narrow stairs. The only good thing was the view and being on the boardwalk. You have to call to check in as no one is there.

Worst place to stay in ocmd

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve come down to ocmd every summer for 6 years now and this was the absolute worst. The communication between the staff is non existent, no one is in the office until some time after noon, they are rude when ever you call and have an issue. The building is falling apart on the inside. The window fell out of the actual frame thankfully none of the kids were near it or in the room when it happened. They tried to call me the morning of stating that I canceled and wanted to confirm if we were still going. Only to read a review later that day that they double booked another family and they lost their deposit. The shower handles were falling off the toilets felt as if you were going to fall right through. The house was hot ac felt non-existent, let’s also talk about the bed bugs. Yes bed bugs it was a horrible experience I would never recommend to anyone. They false advertise laundry in unit, as well as pool and location they say your on the boardwalk but your not it’s a block away.

Nice Accommodations

I love the Nock Apartments facilities, but this time I was told on the night before my trip that they would only accept cash for the balance due. That was awkward. Also, as typical, my reservation was not at the location I expected, but any of them is fine with me.

The management pulled a switch on us at check in and booked us into a “sister location” several blocks away. Management was rude and threatening when we questioned the change in our reservation. I would not stay here with any of their facilities. The room was basic, minimal air conditioning and no electrical outlets that worked.

I liked it

I had a great time at the boardwalk terrace. I saw alot of bad reviews and im.not sure why. We had the one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for me and my husband. The location waa fantastic. We didnt get ocean front but it was still nice. I guess it also depends on your neighbors! Our first few days we had great ones then our last night were some loud ass teenagers but whatever lol! All in all id definitely stay there again

Parking in rear by trash cans was free, maybe. We did not stay as we were told that my cc was wrong and they gave me a number to call and a guys name. I called hotels.com instead who did not understand the issue or maybe they did. Either way, place is sketchy. Use cash.

Property great location! Easy check in and out. No soap for dishes that you're required to wash. No towels or any kind of bathroom amenities. Overall stay was fine. We ended up accidentally locking ourselves on balcony because of bar on door sliding shut. Staff was there quick to let us in. Shew!

It has a kitchen w/ plates/spoons/forks/pots. There are mirrors (full-body mirrors). Its close to the boardwalk. The place doesn't have heat. The bathroom sink drains the water very slow. Limited electric outlets, some lamps cannot be used because they are not plugged in as there's limited outlet available.

I booked the room 4 days before I was suppose to arrive with my two kids. I got there Saturday, called the 800 on the building and the guy who answered answered the phone extremely unprofessional. And then informed me they were closed for the season. I wasn’t warned, no one communicated with me about that. So here I was, left with my two kids trying to find something last minute. I will never book with them again.
