This vacation home is just two blocks from the beach in a convenient complex with boat docks and a swimming pool, close to the Ocean City Convention Center. The third-floor suite (walk-up, no elevator) is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, plus air conditioning. You'll be near dining and activities, so you'll always have something fun to do. This charming and convenient condo is decorated in a lovely beach theme, with everything you need to feel at home. You'll have a full-size washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances. You'll love watching the boats on the bay or taking in views of a beautiful summer sunset from your large deck. THINGS TO KNOW A $100 launch fee per week applies for use of on-site boat ramp. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Dock details: A launch fee applies per week for the use of the on-site boat ramp. The registration form must be completed prior to launch. Call R&r Services At 443-944-3607 (Monday through Friday). A copy of the boat registration must be provided. Boat slips are not guaranteed. Cancelling my reservation just 24 hours prior to checkin is unprofessional and disrespectful. Cost me triple to find a place to spend time with my family vacationing there during the same time. After receiving reminders of our stay from Vacasa we arrived to find that the one bathroom was gutted and under construction. There was literally a toilet in the living room. The cabinet sink was in the hall and the flooring removed. I am unsure of what the miscommunication was between the owner and Vacasa but it was not communicated to us. We were attending a conference at the convention center. There were no hotel rooms avaliable in the area. After putting in a ticket with Vacasa, the local team got in touch within an hour and did give us another option nearby which turned out to be subpar. So much so that instead of staying 2 nights we stayed only one. Having the deck overlooking the bay was our favorite and definitely worth staying here again. I would have gave this place 5 stars across the board except for one thing. When we arrived i noticed light brown globules on the shower seat and realized it was shampoo or body wash which i easily wiped off. Cleary wasn't cleaned and so for that i gave it 3 stars.
