This vacation home is just two blocks from the beach in a convenient complex with boat docks and a swimming pool, close to the Ocean City Convention Center. The third-floor suite (walk-up, no elevator) is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, plus air conditioning. You'll be near dining and activities, so you'll always have something fun to do. This charming and convenient condo is decorated in a lovely beach theme, with everything you need to feel at home. You'll have a full-size washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances. You'll love watching the boats on the bay or taking in views of a beautiful summer sunset from your large deck. THINGS TO KNOW A $100 launch fee per week applies for use of on-site boat ramp. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Dock details: A launch fee applies per week for the use of the on-site boat ramp. The registration form must be completed prior to launch. Call R&r Services At 443-944-3607 (Monday through Friday). A copy of the boat registration must be provided. Boat slips are not guaranteed. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Cancelling my reservation just 24 hours prior to checkin is unprofessional and disrespectful. Cost me triple to find a place to spend time with my family vacationing there during the same time. After receiving reminders of our stay from Vacasa we arrived to find that the one bathroom was gutted and under construction. There was literally a toilet in the living room. The cabinet sink was in the hall and the flooring removed. I am unsure of what the miscommunication was between the owner and Vacasa but it was not communicated to us. We were attending a conference at the convention center. There were no hotel rooms avaliable in the area. After putting in a ticket with Vacasa, the local team got in touch within an hour and did give us another option nearby which turned out to be subpar. So much so that instead of staying 2 nights we stayed only one. Excellent Bay View I absolutely loved the view and watching the sun set right from our private and quiet balcony. The pool area was very nice with plenty of seating options. The home was modern, beachy vibe, bright and smelled great. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The deck has been updated with trex decking since the pictures so that was a nice surprise. It was nice not having to take linens or towels but I would recommend taking your own ground coffee or k-cups (their coffee maker has both options). It's definitely mid-town so expect to walk quite a bit or bus to restaurants / boardwalk. No really close coffee shops. I'd highly recommend this place. ##### Dayna S. This was a big issue since it was accessible from outside and we had all our stuff in the unit. I called as soon as we checked in and was told someone would be out within a couple hours. They didn’t show up until the next day at some point. Not even sure when because we didn’t get any emails or notifications that someone was on their way or that the work was completed. I felt weird having someone come into our place with all of our stuff there but didn’t want to waste our trip waiting. I also sent a message through the VRBO app and got a very late response after the work was already done. I sent a message in June about payment questions that was never answered also. Just poor communication from the property management company but the unit is very nice. Also, the shower leaked like crazy onto the floor. It just seemed like they used a cheap contractor who wanted to get it as quickly as possible. All that said, we would stay here again ##### Steven G. There were everything there we needed for a wonderful weekend. We felt ourselves at home. Great balcony and view from it.
