Things to Know No guest access to the gym Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. No one could get the 'free' internet to work. I messaged the property manager and they (or AI) responded but it did not fix the problem. So we were using our own data the whole weekend.The beds were worn as well as the furniture. There was a 'window' in the one bedroom that had light from the hallway showing into the room, so that at night the bedroom was lit up like day time. The only way to block this light was to pile pillows up against it to try to block out some of the light!The location was great though. Within walking distance to some good restaurants. We absolutely loved the balcony and the views are outstanding! The decor is terrific. It was bright and cheery and very appropriate for an ocean condo. The location is great. The parking garage is pretty tight and I did not feel comfortable maneuvering my jeep in the small spot. However, the outside parking felt secure.
