Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint South charges $50 per week or $20 per day from May 15-October 15 for parking. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Stayed for 2 days with my wife as an extension to our vacation.the view was amazing, BUT I’m not sure if the people who stayed directly before me smoked cigarettes and poured beer all over the floor, but that’s what it smelled like. we were disappointed with how strong the cigarette smell was as neither of us smoke. This place matched the ad exactly , it was the perfect spot for a couple . The high light is the balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and easy access to get to the beach . The place was super clean and provided toiletries , more than enough towels , kitchen supplies - dish soap, dish detergent , sponge , trash bags etc . At check in, was given two keys. One of the keys did not work in deadbolt lock, and was very difficult to use in regular lock. Most of the electrical outlets were inaccessible, required moving furniture. Lights on either side of bed were not plugged in. Elevator call button in lobby did not work properly, required multiple pushes to get elevator to come. Was not told had to pay for parking until after I made reservation. Location of parking permit dispenser made it difficult to use as sun shone on it and could not see screen. Parking lot is primarily dead end rows, so cannot easily move from one row to other if row was full.
