Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Dock details: Guests are able to fish or crab off of the dock. There is NO boat access permitted. The bathrooms were updated and had nice fixtures; the showerhead in the main bath was great.An added plus were the sheets and towels. We enjoyed the pool across the street and eating breakfast on the deck overlooking the bay.The kitchen was well stocked, fridge was big and clean and the lighting under the cabinets made for a nice atmosphere.We liked the fact there was no carpeting and the flooring was clean. The bed was comfortable and the closet contained plenty of hangers.We booked this place to be close to our other family members that were staying at the Hilton on 32nd street.Overall, we had a nice, and relaxing time in Ocean City. ##### Mark & Annette A.
