Incredible customer service throughout the hotel made our stay truly enjoyable. A few suggestions for an improved stay would be as follows: 1) offer more bath towels than just two, 2) provide wash cloths in the bathroom, 3) ensure housekeeping is complete by 1 PM, 4) offer a variety of wines by the glass at the Skybar other than just Austrian wines, for example French and Italian wines by the glass should also be offered, and 5) implement a dress code for the Skybar Restaurant. Men should not be permitted to wear baseball caps while dining and hiking wear should not be allowed.

"The hotel is very touristy and doesn’t really care about the guests. No customer service , no hospitality. It’s just a place to stay with steep prices and nothing in particular nice about it. Breakfast at the main building was decent! So if you have other options please go ahead and book those."
