The staff were so genuinely warm and welcoming, we immediately felt at home. It's a stunning location away from the centre, but easy to get to with the bus service. The street side rooms get the occasional road noise, but we'd stay again and get a lake view next time.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the Mountains of Wengen. Beautiful town, easy to travel between other towns as train station was a 5 minute walk. Stunning! No AC at this hotel, but it was fine. Restaurant was delicious. Staff was fantastic.

The rooms were really good - I love the design. The church bells can be a little loud if you like to sleep with open windows. I didn’t mind it; after an active day in the mountains, I sleep like a rock. The breakfast was so so; we must be spoiled from other hotels before. Location is perfect to start your day trips and the staff was happy to help with that as well. We were able to walk to a little spot just 5min away to take a swim in the lake as well - very convenient.

Such an excellent experience! The hotel staff were so friendly & helpful. The room was beyond comfortable with AC, a wonderful bed, black out shades, a Nespresso machine, robes & slippers, complimentary waters, excellent water pressure, +++. Perfect location for exploring the Old Town & great restaurants.
