« Amazing cottage in a stunning island setting! Views are spectacular. Cottage is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well equipped, including a very nice library of books and videos. A true vacation "get away", as no automobiles are permitted on the island. Very low key. We especially enjoyed hiking around the island and relaxing on the property. The ferry runs precisely on schedule and is a quick 3 minute ride to the neighboring island and car park. The owner provided explicit instructions...

« This is a marvelously idyllic location with sheep in the hills and birds soaring about. The peace and quiet were much appreciated, yet it was only a quick 10-minute drive into the heart of Oban. It was an excellent base of operations for exploring the nearby islands, and I would love to go back and just stay as a sort of retreat. »

« Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed the flat. As others have commented, the decor is a bit dated but the flat is very large and the layout is good with the bedrooms being down the hall from common areas. The location truly can't be beat and is a short walk from long-term (paid) parking at Corran Halls and also walkable to Dunollie Castle and close to everything in town.
