I didn't stay . I didn't like the set up. I have a bad knee and although they have an elevator the room was a long distance from the elevator and said it was the only available on the third floor . The pics make it look better than actual . I booked the room night before and didn't check in I was charged the parking fee, 20$ a night ! I was refunded the parking fee . I asked the manager will I be charged for the room he told me no because I had rented through third-party Expedia and there are the ones they charged and they don't pay them yet., Expedia side of the hotel doesn't charge and I will get refunded after leaving the manager told Expedia that I was going to be charged a one day room fee which was Ludacris cause I hadn't checked in and I had booked the room the night before saying that there is a 48 hour cancellation I'm like how can I give you a 48 hour cancellation when I just booked the room not even 24 hours before. It is up to the discretion of the hotel and he told me I wouldn't be charged at first so I think it was very petty and dishonest that he told Expedia to charge me the night and ! I paid for the insurance to cancel ahead of time. ! Expedia refunded me.. the hotel still told them to charge . It also looks like it was sueezed in the location .

The shower leaked a lot even when the shower door was closed Room 413 should be checked out. Water on the floor. I was afraid I was going to slip . I didn’t mention it bcz I was only there for two nights

The location is perfect! Close enough to walk to everything on Broadway. Love having two comfortable King size beds.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful from our check in service to holding our bags on our last day! In between, we had rides to places near the hotel and sound advice on where to eat and what to do! Our room was beautiful and unique!

Very clean and roomy. It was perfect for our stay. Parking was convenient in the garage underneath and cheap since most places charge so much for parking. Just know that each time you enter and reenter the garage you have to pay. If you leave your car, then it’s just the $20 a day. It was great a great place to stay tho and would come back in a heartbeat. You are close enough to everything without being in all the traffic and can quickly Uber to broadway. More importantly, it was very clean and we felt safe the entire time!!
