« We didn’t care for the strong cigarette smell walking through the lobby due to the casino. We live in a non smoking in public places state and the hotel wasn’t advertised as allowing smoking, so that was a negative for us. Had we known, we definitely would’ve chosen a different hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice shower. The bed was large but felt lumpy and sunken in places. Definitely needs replacing. The ceiling had something weird hanging off of it with hair attached. « If you like the convenience of bringing your luggages, there are No elevators to the second floor. There was no coffee pot in the room. The breakfast was horrible, the eggs smelled sour, no breakfast meat, no fruit or bagels like most hotels. Parking was tight. »

« Staff was welcoming and friendly. My error not to note that there is no breakfast included in the price. Our room was on the 4th floor and as soon as you got off the elevator is smelled like an institution. When you opened the door to our room it smelled like a nursing home. The bed frames are metal and everyone you turn or get out of bed you hear the bed make noise. Not a problem if there is only one person staying. For the money, I will not be choosing a Candlewood property again. »
