Everything was good. Expedia should mention that the Resort fee is mandatory in mexico!! Add resort fee (USD$30 per day) in your budget!

This private villa is even more beautiful that the pictures!! The staff are amazing and so very helpful. We had two dinners and they were the best that we had in the 6 days there.....even better than the Ocean Grill!! It was my birthday and Irma made a fabulous meal with the most beautiful birthday cake. The setting is great with just a short walk to Boca and to water taxi access to all the beautiful beaches in the Bay of Banderas. We hiked the path to Las Animas twice to get our exercise...

The hotel though simple and basic, meets all the requirements needed for a comfortable stay. They have cozy clean rooms, very attentive staff, fully equipped kitchen and perfect pool to cool off in after a short walk /visit to the beach. The hotel is located well with numerous dining options as well as shopping. We had a great 6 night stay. Thank you !

It was a great place to go as a family...lots of dining options, staff were very helpful and kind, it was a great first stay in Puerto Vallarta. We didn't do the all inclusive as it was too expensive.

The staff were so wonderful. So friendly and attentive. The rooms were spotless, bed was very comfortable and my husband and I fought over the hammock on the balcony. Pool area is super chill, great place to relax and read a book. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town, but these walks through the streets or the beach were one of our fave parts of the day. The food is phenomenal. So fresh! Between the two of us we had almost everything on the menu and it was all 10/10. The Mutua...

We stayed at Vallarta Shores for a week and we were very happy with everything. The location is great! We had a fabulous sea view, the beach is only steps away, it was within walking distance to several great restaurants, and we wouldn't have wanted to stay in any other part of Puerto Vallarta other than Old Town, which is the prettiest and most quaint in our opinion. This is also a LGBT friendly area. Whenever you don't feel like eating out, you can always buy local produce at the Saturday...

This is a wonderful resort. We spent two weeks here and enjoyed every minute. The grounds are amazing, the staff are beyond lovely, and our room was large and comfortable. The front desk team and concierge ladies were very helpful. The entertainment team were terrific! We dined at all the restaurants, and had a terrific experience at each one, as well as the buffet. The nightly entertainment was fun, and very well done. This is a wonderful resort, and we will definitely be back! Thank you very...

Beautiful little hotel, we will absolutely be back! Our room was clean, spacious yet cozy. I have a high standard of cleanliness and this place surprised me, in the best way! Such a great space for families, felt very safe and welcoming. The photos of the hotel do not do it justice, it is such a gem. Only issue we had was the hot tub kept running cold, besides that, the place was 5/5 stars. We did some yoga during our stay as well, that was a very nice little treat. It is a quick 5 minute walk...

This was our second stay at the Hanamara Gardens property and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the casitas are extremely clean and well maintained. We will be back again without a doubt :)

Straight up the hill (lots of stairs!) from the big Puerto Vallarta sign this property is close to the Malecon with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We stayed in the larger room on the top floor (again, lots of stairs) which was very well laid out and clean, with a full kitchen for longer stays. The continental breakfast starting at 8:30 at the rooftop pool area was a nice touch as we were travelling early so needed something to eat. Staff easy to get hold of through WhatsApp. Lovely...

What a magnificent location for a property! Part of the beach where they clear the rocks is amazing. The place felt totally empty. Very spacious. Excellent service. Food was overly expensive but very tasty. My favorite part was that the pools were warm so I actually wanted to stay in. Overall excellent stay.

Amazing views!! This has ocean views of the amazing cruises and amazing views from the rooftop pool. We will definitely return. Thank you for the bottle of wine.

Room spotless & staff courteous.

Close to everything from grocery store to shopping to dining and fun. Walking distance to the beach. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Love this place! Will recommend to others👌

Chulavista villas are nicely detailed. The way the rooms are set up (2) to a shared kitchen/ dining space are ideal for families or friends who wish to sleep separate but still be together. Or if you are on your own the space between makes noise from the next room minimal. The pool area is clean and the gardens are well-kept. All the photos are current and accurate. The trek up the hill is interesting. I suggest medium fitness level is necessary if you are walking. The view is sensational....

Great location room is clean super big and friendly staff. I’d stay there anytime again.
