It was very good location most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. First two men were not friendly at all. Was concerned about the door left open . But the staff was friendly and helpful and kind to let us stay with our luggage. Love the interior of the hotel. Thank you .

Excellent location. Large room overlooking the square. Comfortable bed. Nice dining area where breakfast is served - plentiful and a good variety. Bar area is amazing and overlooks the city - great music and ambience

The room was beautifully appointed, with the bathroom and changing area well separated from the sleeping area. The balcony gave a nice view of nearby architecture. The location of the hotel was in walking distance to the main Republic plaza, dining, and the Palais des Beaux Arts. The Citadel park, also in walking distance, served as a viewing point of the solar eclipse. Eurostar train service to London and other locations in mainland Europe was a short 20 min walk away. The buffet breakfast was excellent and I especially appreciated the water spiggets on each floor to fill up your water bottle with either plain filtered or carbonated water. The front desk was mostly helpful, although one woman could have used additional customer support training in cheerfully answering questions. The room was cooled to a comfortable temperature, a welcome respite from the outside heat wave. All in all a wonderful experience. I would return.

No ac during end april so had to leave window open and noise level was high all night until 5:00 am. Rooms were also worn.

The staff's service was excellent. It’s not in the city center, but it is very close to the Europa train station. They resolve any issue—the service is top-notch! The room was espectacular!
