I loved everything about this hotel — it felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Luana, who handled all our arrangements. Everything went smoothly. I just wish I’d had more time to enjoy this beautiful place.

Terrific room. they upgraded us as soon as we arrived out of the blue. Location is perfect. Parking: don't overthink it. there is one parking garage South of the city and one North. just park at the Porta de Catania parking garage and walk the six minutes to this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful location. The hotel is magical, and the Staff were outstanding. Everything about our room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The food from the restaurant wasn't to our liking, however this didn't affect our stay. I would recommend having a car to explore as there is nothing much within walking distance, however the hotel is so beautiful you may not want to go anywhere else!

The staff were accommodating and friendly, from the valet, front desk, Concierge (Daniele) to the resident piano player (Carmello). The room was large and had an amazing sea view. We would definitely return.
