The location is next to train tracks, but it wasn't an issue for us because we were awake so it didn't disturb us. Host was very responsive. There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her. "Chambre propre, personnel très accueillant et très sympathique! Parking collé à l’hôtel avec un accès direct par ascenseur. Emplacement au top!! Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas super qualitatif. Manque quelques petits accessoires du type, verre, shower cap, coton tige…qui améliorerait encore le confort. L’hôtel reste quand même mon choix numéro 1 pour ma prochaine visite. "
