We love the downtown area and this unit was in the perfect location to enjoy the many places we love to frequent in Wilmington. The check in process was super simple and the rental was very safe with a locked main entrance. The unit was on the 3rd floor so be prepared for a few steps! The kitchen offered all the necessary items to prepare meals or stow your restaurant leftovers. There is a cozy living space and comfortable bed. The bathroom offered lots of storage as well. The biggest thing that I was thankful for, was how quiet this rental was with the businesses and nightlife. We didn't hear a peep unless the balcony door was open.
