From our location you can literally walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping that you can handle. Wilmington\`s famous Battleship NORTH CAROLINA is moored just across the river and can be seen directly from the balcony of my condo. Bespoke, the best coffee shop in town is just a 3 min walk Wake and Bake Donuts is just 2 min. Walk to the historic district and soak up some Wilmington\`s unique history or stroll down the riverwalk and enjoy the views. By car the condo is 12 minutes to the airport, 14 minutes to UNCW campus, 20 minutes to Wrightsville beach, and 25 minutes to Carolina beach. The public bus stop is a 3 min walk away. But most area\`s are easily walkable from your downtown location. The condo had everything you would need for a stay away from home. The shower was the best. They had fun games and magazines to read. Good internet and TV. The neighboring condo was completely out of control and not the landlords fault. Drunken tirades, crashing sounds, acrid pot smoke from the balcony, we couldn't even keep the sliding glass door open to enjoy the breeze. All until about 4am. Again, NOT the owners fault.
