Family trip to Tasmania
Upon arrival at the house, we were greeted by the friendly host Christine and Doug who showed us the house, our room and guest dining area, the house is beautifully decorated. Ours is a two bed room suite, there are well considered features like the night lights in the corridor and touch lamp on bedside table, and they are beautiful too. Although Christmas was over, the host have Ferrero Rocher chocolate on the table for us. The bed is clean and comfortable. We don't have much time to explore the area and only have a stroll along the beach. As we need to catch the next morning ferry at Devonport, Christine and Doug got up early to prepare breakfast for us, we like the continental breakfast served with fresh tomato and avocado. Overall it is a nice and comfort one night stay for us.

Good location. Very convenient to get to the centre of Ulverstone. The hosts, Christine and Doug, were very friendly and welcoming. They showed us around in the house upon our arrival. Great ocean view at the lounge balcony. The room is cosy, comfortable and nice.

Nice bed and breakfast. Warm and cosy.
Nice for a short stay. I did find the pillows rather uncomfortable but for one night, it is okay. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Showed us around and gave a great recommendation for dinner.

Coastal, clean and convenient
Great location, central to our road trip of the north coast. Room was large, cosy and clean. We loved the lounge room that overlooked the coast where we could enjoy the local cheese and wine. Continental breakfast was good and hosts Christine and Geoff made us feel very welcome

Good place to stay in Penguin/Ulverstone area
My wife and I stayed 1 night at this property. Hosts were warm and welcoming. Handy to Ulverstone ( by car). Nice location overlooking the water. Free continental breakfast in room was good. We could have paid extra for a full breakfast in the dining room. My wife found the bed not so comfy, although I did not mind it
