This hotel was a pleasant surprise when I had to stay overnight after a cancelled flight. Calm atmosphere, clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast is reasonable. Not too far from the airport, they have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Took an Uber for $8 to get there and took the shuttle back.

Long overdue review, but this was a really great stay! It seems like a new build and it is an apartment-style stay. I had a 3-night stay with my mum and sister around mid-May and had the 2-bed, 2-bath unit. The staff are great and really nice, always ready to help either with information or sorting things out with the stay (they will email with confirmations and other information; don't be like me and actually look at it beforehand).

Jason is first class on the front desk. Sadly the hotel web page does NOT note their local number. I received excellent instructions by e-mail as to how to arrange a shuttle from the airport but sadly no phone number. I called the number on their webpage but it was all computer generated voice; could make a new reservation or cancel an existing one. Finally after 5, yes FIVE different telephone numbers I was finally able to speak to someone at the property and arrange for pick up. Shuttle...

The staff at the concierge is super nice, and she helps as much as she could to make our stay comfortable. The whole place is clean with some vintage decors. The location is very convenient, close to Little Havana where we can find food. Overall, high recommended.

We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport West! The room was huge, very clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always willing to help.
This hotel is a great choice if you’re flying into Miami the day before your cruise and need a comfortable place to stay overnight. The free airport shuttle runs frequently, which makes getting to the hotel really convenient after your flight.
