"We stayed in this property for 3days with my family last September 25-27,2026, we enjoyed our stay there because it was awesome @ quiet place to rest from hectic schedules, we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. We are so thankful for Mr. Eric who helped us facilitate our daily tours, excellent trips. We salute you Mr. Eric for job well done. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit Hanoi"

"Fabulous location right by the lake and close to restaurants . The manager Phu and his wife were really friendly and will help you if need any advice or booking cabs etc..The room were very quiet and clean. A really good choice for anyone coming to Ninh Binh."

"The staff were fabulous, the rooms and amenities are cleanand the meals were fresh. They booked tours and transfers for us, we rented a moped from the retreat for the day, they're 10mins for Hoa Lu, our stay was very peaceful."

"It's a beautiful property in the middle of tea farmland. Very peaceful and quiet except for the rooster(s) before dawn. I had a private room with a dedicated bathroom. It was very comfortable. On the menu for dinner was traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Very delicious. Recommended."

"Perfect"

"Very good, the host is very friendly. Would recommend for solo traveler. The bedsheet and bed are clean. There is no en-suite bathroom, but it's understandable considering the value and pricing this place offers. Thank Mrs. Lan for the hearty dinner (I have to travel to another location 800m away). "

"Super nice. Perfect place to stay while doing the loop."

"Good service！"

"Woke up at 4am to check me in after my sleeper bus arrived."

"Free bike rental"

"Great host; Ali helped me enormously with my self drive loop. We’ve rented the bikes from him (which were great) and he helped us with all the recommended stops and the dos and donts of the trip. When we came back he was again super helpful and offered us a room (for free) for us to take a shower, etc. until our transport arrived. Strongly recommended!"

"Kun et sted som overnatning - ikke så meget andet. Værelset var fint nok, men ingen vinduer og manglede lidt rengøring. Fælles toiletter og bad, men det koster penge at tage bad. Deres ture er super og de er meget hjælpsomme!"

"Would have been okay for the price, but the AC was not capable of cooling the room. The room was very hot, plus the AC dropped water drops on the bed, right at face level. We informed management and were told nothing could be done. Give this, we left after the first night and were not reimbursed for the remaining night."

"A delightful stone homestay build around the mouth of a cave. Dinner is served inside the cave, breakfast was served in the open reception dining area. Hosts were kind, attentive and accommodating. I absolutely recommend this place!"

"Great place to start and end the loop from. Nice people and great riders. Thanks Thang"
