"The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and helpful! They were able to accommodate a request for where I wanted my room, allowed me to check in a little early, helped me open a bottle of wine that we brought in, and helped me to send a package out to be delivered home. I really appreciated it. The only downside: The coffee area downstairs became a little busy and crowded in the mornings, but the quality of the coffee was very good compared to just brewing your own coffee in the room! And we had access to snacks and water in the lobby. I am very pleased with the quality of our stay here! Would definitely return again (:"

"Nice hotel. The room was kind of tight but it worked for my daughter and I. There’s a great coffee place across the street. The hotel has a nice lounge area with chairs and a wonderful coffee machine. The room was very clean. We would come back when we return to SF"

"Hotel stay couldn’t have been better! Staff is so helpful and attentive, hotel itself is magical, the scenery is amazing, overall the whole thing is top notch. I want to come back as soon as possible! Super dog friendly which was great for me. I don’t have anything bad to say, only great things! Anyone giving this place a bad review needs to get their head checked."
