« When we checked in the room they gave us was not ready. The smell of urine hit yours nose when you open the door. The double beds were not pushed in its place or even had sheets on them. Dirty hand towels and hangers were on the mattress and counters. The phone was unplugged and out of place. The screen to the vent of dangling off. We asked for a different room and the front desk girl was super nice and apologized. The new room was cleaned and ready to go. However, the floor of the shower looked...

« First, the staff was great. However, the property location felt unsafe and the room I checked into had multiple holes in the bathroom door, the tiles on the floor were damages, and it smelled like smoke. I spent a total of 1 minute in the room before going right back down to the office to check out and get my money back. »

« Everything was terrible about our stay there. It was Dirty. It had a kicked in door. It had mold on the ceiling and mold on the shower curtain. It was damp. It had a broken TV. I would not recommend anybody staying at this facility. »

« This hotel was closed with doors locked and chained shut. They should have removed the ability to book through 3rd party. Very disappointing as I booked almost 2 hours before my arrival and was then forced to drive another hour. Chat was not helpful in getting this resolved. »
