"Check in when smooth way without any problems. Hotel room was overall well laid out and in good condition. Bed unfortunately was very hard and uncomfortable and lighting over the bed only Only had one of the 3 bulbs working with 1 inapproprible and 1 a bear socket. There was no alarm clock in the bedroom and when we asked about it we were told that they were on order and not available currently. The dining portion of the hotel for breakfast was very clean and well maintained also very well...

"Our Stay was to Celebrate a 20 Year Wedding Anniversary. It was the Perfect Place to do this. The only Un-Welcome issue was the Harassing phone calls about learning to SAVE Money on Vacations at a meeting held at the resort's conference room. Totally Tasteless !!!"

"Very clean. Good location. Half mile to downtown St Augustine and across the street was Shrine to Mary. Heard traffic from our room till 9 pm. Other thamln that. Worth the price. "

"TV didn't work. changed rooms and TV didn't work in new room. It was late and I went to bed without mentioning it. Just received my cc bill and saw they charged me an extra $20 without explanation. I would not recommend this property. "

"Loved the cottage setting & cleanliness but disappointed there was no blankets, only sheets on bed, no one sleeps with bedspread, and lovely stovetop & refrigerator but NO coffee pot, No dishes or utensils nor pots & pans?? Didnt make sense to us & hence we had to eat out all weekend. But the staff were very nice. Lastly, no late check out available, gave us 45 minutes extra when asking, never experienced that before"
