« Beautiful property, spacious and clean. « We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively. The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. The house is in a quiet road and has plenty of shopping/dining options around it (driving). Communication with the...

« Our stay was fine. The place was generally clean and had everything we needed. It is an older unit and is very plain. It’s not a warm and cozy place but it was sufficient for our stay. The oven was very dirty inside and one of the burners on the stove did not work but it did not affect our stay much. My only real complaint was with communications with the host. On the day of arrival, I never received check-in instructions. I attempted to contact the host directly without a response on the...
