« The location of this sweet property is perfect. It is close to everything but on a quiet street. In spring and summer it doesn't matter which way you walk, the entire neighborhood is like a flower show. There were some problems that were not the owner's fault but definitely their problem and when I let them know they were really nice about it. Best of all, the check out was super easy with no long list of chores before you leave. Clean and cozy. »

« Very clean, new house, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen. Communication with host was the best. Good location near everything. This is not 5 bedrooms as listed, living room has a nice comfortable sofa bed, but is not a private room. Other than this miscommunication, it was a great short stay, one of the nicest, cleanest homes we have stayed in. Lots of room and would book again. »

« The house was clean and the kitchen, for the most part, was well equipped, though it was missing a toaster. The beds were comfortable. The quirky closet contents were an especially fun surprise. We felt welcomed and comfortable in the house. »

« This is a hidden gem! The property is beautifully maintained in a wonderful walkable neighborhood near restaurants, markets, and parks. The home was immaculate when we arrived. There was a bit of a challenge with the keypad but Lisa responded within minutes of our message and all was resolved. The front porch is delightful to enjoy morning coffee and evening reflection time. We spend a lot of time in Eugene and can’t wait to stay at this enchanting and relaxing cottage again! »

« We thought it was a great stay. Very functional kitchen and living room area and we loved the layout of the home. Looks like one of the showers is in progress which would make it even better. A few spots on the deck were pretty creaky and wobbly but that didn’t keep us from enjoying the beautiful views at all. Just thought I’d mentioned it if it’s only to you. « The cutest little house for my husband and I and our two teenage girls. Very clean and updated with a really nice shower! The home is nestled in trees and the area is quiet. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay again if we travel to Eugene in the future! »

« We enjoyed staying at this home it was cute, clean and in a good neighborhood and very close to family we were there to see. Easy communication with the host, we arrived in town a few hours early and they allowed us to check in when we did. You do have to let host know if you need access to the laundry room, they were quick to respond and give us that access. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. »

« A very appealing, comfortable, well-appointed home in a lovely neighborhood.Even the parking spot is in an ideal location for transferring belongings back and forth. An added bonus is the location which is perfect for getting around Eugene, and another one is the easy communication with the very thoughtful host. A 5-star rating. »
