Welcome to your cozy Eugene retreat on a quiet dead-end street, just minutes from downtown, Autzen Stadium, and the University of Oregon. This bright 2-bedroom home features fresh carpet, neutral decor, and an open layout that’s comfortable for families, couples, or friends. Clean, simple, and peaceful—this is the perfect home base for game days, campus visits, work trips, or a relaxed Eugene getaway. You'll enter into a landing on the main floor that can take you to the garage, or you'll come up a flight of stairs to the main living space. The living room and kitchen are open concept, with a large eating counter. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Off the kitchen, there is a very spacious bathroom with a large vanity, bathtub and shower, and plenty of storage. There is a full size washer and dryer in this room as well, and the bathroom is stocked with towels, washcloths, a first aid kit, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Off the living room/kitchen are 2 large bedrooms. They both have queen beds, large mirrored closets, and fresh carpet. This unit is a duplex, but there is no shared space. You'll have access to a non-fenced grassy area in the front of the house for pets. Very clean and a perfect layout for hanging out due to the kitchen and living room being one big great room. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. The separate entrance off the side of the house and the unit being above an empty garage made it feel very private. The area was great to go for a walk and wander around Autzen Stadium.
