Great location and this is my favorite Kansas City hotel but i didn’t get a shower cap because a hospitality kit was not provided. There wasn’t a coffee machine or kettle provided, though I asked twice at the reception. No mugs either. And room service was skipped for almost 2 days until I asked. We ran out of soap and toilet paper.

"Just too expensive all around for what it was… almost $500 for one night after a bunch of tacked on taxes and amenity fees… $20 per car to park overnight next to a field. Just ridiculous pricing."
