"Although it’s an older building and it’s obvious that it’s due for some upgrades, the customer service and convenience of this location was on point. From the moment we walked in, the manager/front desk agent was extremely friendly, so efficient, and very helpful getting us checked in. Other front desk reps were just as friendly and helpful. We honestly had some low expectations going into our stay considering we were just there for a tournament and were looking for a budget friendly place to stay on Broadway, but we’d honestly stay there again any time. The 24 hour pool/hot tub access for adults is genius, the rooms were very convenient and nice, and the location is hard to beat. We are really looking forward to their remodel and upgrades they make on the property. "
