The space  
Welcome to Sunny Shores, your ultimate coastal retreat—just steps from the beach and featuring a private pool. This spacious, pet-friendly home is designed for unforgettable gatherings, offering comfort, style, and plenty of room for everyone to relax and recharge.  
  
Inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated space with modern touches and open living areas that invite connection and comfort. Whether you're lounging in the cozy living room or preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, Sunny Shores is a place where memories are made. Share meals and laughter at the dining table or step out onto the breezy balcony to savor the coastal air.  
  
With room to sleep up to 14 guests, the home includes three king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a versatile setup in one of the master suites, which also features two full-size bunk beds and a twin trundle bed that pulls out from underneath—perfect for families or larger groups. The layout provides the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. And with three full bathrooms and a half bath, getting ready for the day’s adventures is always smooth and stress-free.  
  
Sunny Shores is fully equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and plenty of parking. And yes—your furry friends are welcome here too! For added convenience and fun, ask us about renting our golf cart during your stay.

Guest has complete access to the home! We offer self check in and you will have a code specific to your stay.  
Other things to note  
HOUSE RULES:  
Must be 21 or older to book our home.  
  
Only 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee.  
  
No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside!  
  
No parties or events.  
  
Check-out is at 10 AM.  
  
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.  
  
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.  
  
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.  
  
A $400 cleaning fee is required to be paid before check-in for long-term stays.  
  
Golf cart rental: $65 per night. WE DO NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS FROM LOCAL RENTAL COMPANIES TO BE BROUGHT OR DROPPED OFF AT OUR PROPERTY FOR USE.  
  
PET RULES:  
• A $100 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.  
• Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.  
• We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds!  
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.  
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.  
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.  
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.  
• Limit of two dogs.
