Off grid but everything works well - showers, kitchen, fridge, tv - just need to drink bottled water which is provided. We moored our boat at the marina ( no extra cost) and walked up to the house (about 5 minutes). Boat was safe. We ended up finding some of the old resort bikes and exploring the island that way.
