The rooms are good size with a kitchen. The hotel is run down but we don’t mind it given the location and parking. The cost of the rooms is a good price for a family staying on the Gold Coast. It’s not five stars but a good three stars given the age of the property. Mainly because I couldn’t use kitchen much which I really needed to due to my dietary restrictions. Kitchen had water leakage issue that restricted me to use it. Though hotel staff helped me providing extra towels to soak the water but that didn’t helped much and I ended up not using kitchen at all. Also there were lot of noise due to some machine or something similar. Noise was too loud. I think this should have been mentioned in the room description.
