"The apartment was in good condition and very comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned (thank you for the Kuerig and pods!) everything was in good working order. The location was great - only a couple blocks from downtown - and very easy to get to and from. We appreciated the in-building parking space. The building itself was not great - bad smell and garbage in the lobby - but, we just moved quickly through the lobby and the apartment was a whole different experience. Would definitely stay...

"My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks in-between homes. It is a cute 2 story old brown house with an upstairs unit and a main floor unit. Sara was absolutely incredible. Very responsive and friendly. We got lost trying to find it the first night, but other than that, it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions."

"Great for our hunting group lot of room for gear and friends, awesome access to the house as well. Could add in the site that it is part of a hotel so guests are aware of location. Overall was a relaxing stay with everything we needed."

Locked myself out of the building and couldn’t get back in till after checkout and they were very understanding and told me it was ok and to take my time checking out. I appreciated that a lot because I felt really dumb and was worried and panicked about being late on checkout."

"Says smoke free it was filled with cigarette smoke. The place is run down, dirty, blinds broken, dusty, toilet constantly running, holes in the wall dirty and stained blankets. Appliances look like they were free from the street, old and broken. Obvious water damage in the ceiling (mold?) Most disgusting! I have pictures. If I had any place to go I would have moved. Sold out for swim meet in town. Almost thought of sleeping in my rental car it was that bad."
