"The management are very rude and unprofessional stuff specially the owner in Minot North Dakota. The pool slide and area is full of rust and unclean area. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Our room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. It looked like there was some “passion” up in there. There were hand prints all over the window, all over both headboards, and what looked like butt prints on the headboards, as well. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixtures. We didn’t want any living creatures in our room so we were hoping they were dead! There were no other rooms available as the hotel was sold out. My kids and I went out and bought Clorox wipes to clean what housekeeping blatantly missed. We also had to buy air freshener because the room smelled funky. The sheets were clean and fresh….THANKFULLY! The breakfast was mediocre. The hot foods were room temp at best. The French toast tasted freezer burned. The room was overpriced for our experience!"

"It would’ve been a good stay but we were given the wrong room that only slept 2 when we needed 5. and it was so busy there was no way we could switch rooms."

"The pool was closed down and there was no discount or compensation given. They also were not that kind as a staff. It does sit in a very convenient location. "

"There was nothing online about the pool not being in servie or at chec in. Go and ask how long the pool will be down, since there was nothing online or during check in so was thinking maybe a quick fix and It'll be fixed. Nope was told weeks.. They offered a pass to go use thier sister hotels pool, but wouldn't you know it that pool was down. "

"The staff was absolutely amazing. I needed to stay an extra night, and they were so accommodating with such notice. They went above and beyond. The gym is also phenomenal. Will definitely stay again."

"Casino area was great, tv did not work in our room. Pool closed early and pool door left open so very humid in hallways. "

"I had booked and paid for a room online, check in is at 3 pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told the rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 6:30 or so. They then told me to just wait in the lobby or come back later. So I hung around for about 45 minutes but I had an event I had to be at by 6pm, and ended up having to change clothes and get ready in the lobby bathroom. My room still wasn’t ready after this, so I brought my bag back to my vehicle and went to my event. When I came back after my event and tried to check in (like they advised me to do) they told me they had no available rooms and practically kicked me out. While shutting the door behind me they said that I was given a refund. I was not. Would NEVER recommend this place. Thankfully I had a friend who was able to come pick me up and let me stay at their place otherwise I would have been stuck sleeping in my vehicle."
