The hotel was fantastic, staff very helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and had good amenities. The location is great, I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe was the discount voucher for drinks in the bar - this was applied, but then a service fee was added to the bill which amounted to the same (10%), so it seemed a bit pointless!

I definitely wouldn’t say this a 4* hotel.
Cons: I stayed one night and it was quite uncomfortable, there was no a/c and during the heatwave made it worse
A fan was in the room but it was just blowing hot air around the room.
I wouldn’t recommend the hotel parking it’s quite expensive, and there’s a cheaper parking lot about 3 mins walk away which is what I decided to use instead.
Room had No fridge.
Pros: Staff were nice and helpful they provided an air cooler but helped a little.
Ok located , not far from the centre
It did the job since I stayed for one night but I don’t see myself returning.

"The room was clean, staff were very helpful and moved us room quickly when one of the beds wasn’t right. Nice breakfast plenty of choice. We managed to get parked in car park with no problems. Great location."
