This place is undergoing construction which, in itself, is wonderful however, not during our stay. Breakfast was unavailable due to construction as well as the swimming pool. Because the pool was closed, they also closed the "gym", a small room with two pieces of equipment and bags of maybe soiled linenen in there. The elevators and carpets were dirty. There was no vending, only ice and they had no extra supplies for real like tooth brushes, toothpaste etc. But they did have mouth wash. I feel this place should be closed during construction. Not to mention, we stayed during the drift of Canadian fires so the air was bad, but the doors were open a lot for the construction workers to go in and out. The ventilation wasn't great. Overall, I wish I had known all of this prior or that it was flagged in big red letters on Expedia. I won't be back!

Thought the room focused more on aesthetics over function. Example the no towel rack when using the shower so had to set towel on toilet, only half a shower door so water is all over the floor when you get out. Bed lamps are too low for the height of the bed, made it tough to reach when laying in bed. Otherwise the room is fine.

What a lovely experience. Beautiful hotel and rooms. The staff was wonderful and hospitable. I highly recommend. No refrigerators in the rooms, though. So if you have meds or something they hold it for you. That’s the only inconvenience.
