North Campus Vacation Packages

Was not a huge fan of the cleanliness of the bathroom. The room had a lot of ants unfortunately so we had to make sure we kept our snacks in the fridge. Ice machine and juice machine were out of order on the weekdays but fixed on the weekend when more people came. Breakfast was confusing because they unplug the waffle maker 20min before the end of breakfast time. My key card only worked about 50% of the time so that was frustrating going to the front desk a few times a day and seeing other guests there for the same reason. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. Housekeeping came Friday morning after our first night but no one came on Saturday. It would have been nice to have fresh towels and garbage bags but I guess we couldn’t have that on a Saturday… couldn’t figure out the AC in the bedroom. In their defence though I could have went to reception and complained a bit more. Things I can say that are positive is that the kids loved the pool and it was unoccupied Friday morning when we went. The drive up room was convenient for loading. And the TVs have hdmi capabilities and the wifi was fast. The shower also had great water pressure. With everything in mind I’d actually still give it a 3/5

This place is has everything you need

Carpets had not been cleaned for some time. The freezer was iced and needed to be unthawed. Toilet seat was broken on one side. Saw spider and earwig in the bathroom. The facility needed some love. Dust and dirt in staircase. Most importantly breakfast was done at 9:00. Most people wake at 8:00. At least until 10:00 is the norm at most hotels. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because we were unable to use any amenities as none of them are kid friendly, including breakfast restaurants and pool area. Understandable that the casino is off-limits, but since the hotel allows families, I thought there would be at least one restaurant to get breakfast for myself and my 13 yr old. Still, a very nice hotel.
