"Really enjoyed our stay at Future Inns. It was our base for a family reunion for my mum and travelling around Cardiff and up into the valleys. The rooms are really comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. We could walk to a mermaid quay in 10mins (not very scenic route but mermaid quay is!) . Parking is a real bonus. Staff allowed us to share a continental breakfast and coffees as we didn’t want the whole breakfast. (wifi a bit variable but suited our needs) would definitely stay again, great value for money."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Gainsborough Bath Spa hotel during a short visit to town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a couples massage during our stay and the spa in the hotel is top notch. The room was gorgeous with high ceilings and a nice separation of spaces. The nightly turndown service was unexpected and appreciated. We pretty much loved everything about this place!"

"Not far from city centre, bus stops in both directions very close, food options close by. Spa is wonderful and staff is friendly. Rooms are just like pictured and very nice. Would definitely stay again !"
