Staff is great, very supportive and friendly.
Central station is across the street. Plenty of dining options nearby.
Neighborhood is loud and not the cleanest as in many cities close to the train stations; a lot of coming and going all night long.
Hotel windows are very well isolated and block off sound quite well.

This was a perfect location, very close to the central train station and walking distance to the old town. Many restaurants and shops nearby The clerks at the front desk were very helpful, and had excellent suggestions of where to eat. The only thing you might want to exchange your pillow if it is too flat for you

A cute hotel with free drinks (beers, Coke Zero, water) you can consume that is refilled daily with your stay. The hotel is also walkable from the main touristy spots in Munich and the area is very safe even when walking at night time.
