Nord Vacation Packages

I did arrive late and the reception was closed, however when I picked up my card it had the wrong door number on it. Card did not work to get into the room so I was stuck, I eventually started just trying to use it to get into nearby rooms until it worked.

Our rooms on the first floor were very clean, spacious and modern. Although described as “accessible” you had to climb a couple of steps to access them which may be an issue for some. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Great value for money and would certainly recommend, especially if you’re visiting the Landschaft Park at Duisburg Nord, 20 mins drive away

Although the staff are friendly the desk is often not manned. Of the 2 lifts there, the 1 didn't work the 4 days we were there. The only room cleaning in 4 days was remake the bed badly. The coffee cups were not cleaned the entire time and nor was the toilet area. When we asked why our room wasn't made up we were told that it only gets done around every 3 days as they don't have staff. Also the carpets coming out of the lift had huge stains. Unfortunately there are very few hotel options in Kleve, so the hotel will keep being supported. Pity as to how poor it was, as it has huge potential.
