« Nicely renovated property in a somewhat aging building. Only hiccup was no one was at desk at check-in, but don't panic - property owners were quick to provide door code. »

« Secure building, friendly staff, multiple door entrance side door closes at 9pm reopens in the morning allowing everyone to use front door entrance only late at night which adds to the security. Property sits beside an ice cream store, corner store and liquor store. Restaurants and walking distance also able to Uber eats.. beautiful view from the screened in balcony with seating. Excellent for your morning cup of tea or just to read a book or catch vibes and not be bothered by bugs or onlookers....

« The location is perfect. It's within walking distance of the aquarium, the convention center, a museum, various other tourist attractions, and groceries. The area is pleasant, quiet, and safe. The condo itself has a clean and pretty interior. There's a washer/dryer and a whole kitchen with a coffee bar. « The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded...
