The property was wonderful. Also our suite was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels were plentiful and smelled lovely. The air conditioning worked very well. All needed coffee and cream supplies were plentiful. The location is ideal, as we didn't have a car but could easily walk to breakfast and lunch places, a beautiful park, and a Whole Foods. We Even had a fancy dinner at the George on Washington Street, took LIFT there, but it was a lovely evening so walked back, only a bit over a mile!

This stay was amazing. We just did a mini get away for our first time in Rhode Island and not only are we in love with the state but also the apartment was amazing we didn’t want to leave. Everything was cleaned and up to par the building was quiet and clean as well. Check in and out was effortless. We cannot wait to come back and book again! Thank you so much!

Staff is very rude and unhelpful. No possibility of late check out unless you want to pay a half day rate. I booked a king bed and received a queen. No natural light.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the level of professionalism or attentiveness I expected from a hotel. One of the amenities that was promised with the room was air conditioning, but the AC was not working during my stay. This was especially frustrating because it significantly impacted the comfort of the room and was an amenity I was expecting to have available.
I was also surprised and dissatisfied to find that there was no dresser or adequate place to hang clothes. This made it difficult to unpack and organize my belongings during my stay. Overall, between the poor customer service, the lack of working AC, and the limited storage for clothing, I don’t feel that the stay met the expectations set when I booked the room. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests. I will mention that I did get a partial refund from the hotel but had to reach out numerous times to get it
