The apartment was clean and well appointed the location of the hotel let us access many beautiful parts of Amsterdam I can't speak to the quietness as we stayed over Kings Day and Night (where about a million of people were in the heart of the city celebrating)

The soundproofing of the rooms is pretty poor though - we could hear the person/people in the room next to us talking and the sound carried into our room and even earplugs didn't ...
